COD Policy/Note - Fake Orders

We've got talk about something that's been bothering us. Some people just don't get how much effort we put into making sure our products are top-notch and shipped on time.

We're super grateful for the cool customers all around the country who love our stuff and give us honest feedback. But, there's a small group - let's call them the "few" - who don't seem to care much.

When we started the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, it was all about mutual trust. But now, we've got people getting their orders, telling the delivery person they never ordered anything, and canceling right there.

Because this keeps happening, we've decided to do two things:

1. If you order on COD, we'll send you a message (WhatsApp, SMS, or email) within three days to make sure you still want your order.
2. If you don't reply within those 3 days, we'll have to cancel the order.

We know we're not perfect, and sometimes good folks might miss the message for a real reason. So, if you think we messed up, shoot us an email at support@modecru.com, and we'll fix things.

Also, even if you confirm, we might still have to skip Cash on Delivery if your address looks incomplete. (P.S. we'll let you know via Email/SMS or WhatsApp IF the address is incomplete, and give you an opportunity to provide with the same)

Sorry we've got to do this, but we want to keep things honest and make sure you have a good time shopping with us at Mod Ecru.
